If you are a Twitter user and are interested in blogging – especially how to really perfect the art of blogging so you can make money – there are some people that are worth following on Twitter. And here is my list…
So, here goes:
- Darren Rowse. Of course, Darren brought the word “problogger” into our lexicon. An absolute must-follow.
- Yaro Starak. Yaro from Entrepreneurs-Journey.com is definitely a must-follow of you are interested in this business. I have not yet spoken to Yaro personally, but we’ve exchanged emails and Yaro seems to have almost the exact same view of problogging as a job as I do.
- Brian Clark. Brian is the guy behind Copy Blogger, and anybody who wants to make a blog an integral part of their business needs to know how to write. Brian’s the man on this one.
- Chris Brogan. Chris offers up great advice on his blog on a daily basis and he is a king in the social media world.
- Michel Fortin. Fortin is a well known copywriter and he offers some great tid-bits on his Twitter account, too. His blog is also worth being in your Google Reader.
- Jeremiah Owyang. He is an analyst at Forrester and basically is an expert in social media. Jeremiah is worth the follow because he is on the cutting edge of social media and knows how to use Twitter to provoke thoughts from his followers. His blog can be found here.
- Andy Beal. Known as the Marketing Pilgrim, Andy often links to some really interesting stuff on Twitter (including, of course, his own blog).
- Brian Solis. I met Brian once. He snapped a picture of me at BlogWorld. He probably doesn’t remember, and that’s cool. His Twitter account offers a lot of value if you’re interested in social media and PR 2.0.
- John Chow. John spends most time playing around on Twitter than anything else, but he’s a top figure in the world of professional blogging and, for that reason, a must-follow.
- Steve Rubel. An authority on social media marketing.
- Michelle MacPhearson. Another authority in the world of social media marketing.
- Neil Patel. Neil is well known in blog marketing circles and has been recognized as one of the top influencers on the net. Also, founder of Crazy Egg. His blog is Quick Sprout.
Did I miss anybody? Probably. I follow a lot of people and there are a lot of people on Twitter. So, if you want to nominate somebody for this list, post a comment!
Oh, and if you want to follow me on Twitter, do yo thang!
