Let me be clear about something here…

I no longer offer single hour consulting sessions. I used to at the rate of $250 hour, but then I stopped. In fact, I wrote a whole blog post about it which you can read: Why I No Longer Offer Hourly Consulting (And Why Hourly Billing Sucks In General).

If you want quick answers to unstick some things and get some direction, then consider signing up for a blog critique from me.

I also offer the Online Results Intensive, which is a 6-month mentoring program with me.

If you fall in between these two things… where you need more than a critique but you don’t necessarily feel the need to hire a mentor, then I do still offer consulting services by phone. Just not by the hour. :)

You can buy a block of time with me. And then you have up to one year to use that time. If you want my help with anything under the sun, just contact my assistant and we’ll get a call scheduled.

I will provide you and your business with the advice and answers you need. We’ll do it via phone or Skype. The types of things we can easily do during this time together include:

  • Getting my help with setting up your blog and taking care of those technical matters (I’m pretty good at this stuff)
  • Analyzing your blog setup for design, conversions, and maximum leverage from your existing traffic.
  • Helping you with your overall strategic direction.
  • Identifying barriers and constraints that are keeping your business from expanding.
  • Going over your products and marketing to maximize sales.
  • Defining a strategy for increasing traffic to your site.
  • Deciding what kinds of products to create for your audience.
  • Identifying profit opportunities you may have missed.

… or whatever you need. I’m a laid back guy and I’ll help you with whatever you need. You’re in the driver’s seat.

Here’s one thing I know…

This world is designed to work in units of two or more. It is all too easy to get stuck in confusion and over-analysis when you’re trying to figure things out on your own. Simply having a conversation with somebody else who understands the business well can – and often does – unstick things. It frees up the flows. And you’ll be off to the races.

I recently went through a consulting call with David, and I found him to not only be very friendly and down-to-earth, but extremely helpful as well. A quick 30 minute call led to a full page of notes and ideas for me to implement in the coming weeks and months. I do not issue refunds on my time – period. We only refund unused portions of our consulting time, and only up to the one-year cut-off (mentioned above). This is not a “let me try Dave out and see if I like him” kind of thing. :) Just wanted to make that clear.
