This course is the original training I did on arriving at your business model. We go through the Lean Canvas as well as some basics of business organization. My approach to the Lean Canvas has since been modified and you’ll find it in the One Page Business Plan training.
In the Discover Your Business Model training, we get right down to business. Literally.
First we lay some of the foundations of online business. Then, we launch right into creating your lean canvas business model, walking though each and every step.
We then talk about the structure of your business, using something I referred to as the Academy Business System.
Consisting of 25 lessons, this training is a great primer to online business and will give clarity (as well as potentially a whole new viewpoint) on exactly what you are building.
