Checklist tracking for each post/page

So, I am someone that likes checklists and developer notes
What I don’t like are checklists and developer notes that are not integrated/linked to the item I’m working on.
For example, I’d like to have a “standard checklist” for a post to make sure I don’t miss anything like a call to action or opt-in or outgoing links or SEO check. Anyone using a plugin or some other mechanism for tracking the content management for posts/pages?
I mean, I would love to have a “layer” over top of my content that covers things like review date, etc.

You can use something like Advanced Custom Fields to set up fields as you want them and have them appear right alongside all of your posts. You can set up checkbox fields for a checklist, date fields, dropdowns, anything you want.
