I’m building my contact page in Thrive Themes. My question is- should I use a contact form in thrive architect or should I use thrive leads? Should I be adding to Convert kit? Or just stick to adding a lead magnetic offer on the page irrespective of the contact form.

The contact form is not to be used for lead generation on your email list. So, no to thrive Leads and no to ConvertKit. The purpose of the contact page is for them to send you an email. So, just use the contact form that is built into Thrive Architect.
