FluentCRM tag removal

I’m using a ReEngage tag to send a re-engagement sequence within FluentCRM.

I want to remove the ‘Re-engage’ tag from contacts once they click on anything in an email sequence I am sending, but cannot see how to do this.

I don’t want to use smartlinks as my understanding is that I’d have to set up *every* link in *every* email in my re-engage sequence as a potential trigger. (This also seems like fudge rather than their intended use.)

Can I not simply run a report/process to show ‘clicked on a link’ in a given email or (better still) a sequence of emails, and where there is a match remove the tag ‘Re-engage’?

Seems like this is should be an automation thing but I cannot see how to simply do this within that functionality. I could be missing something there though.

        Thanks!

You may want to hop into the FluentCRM Facebook group and ask. The creators of it are in there all the time.

Also, don’t forget, there are often other ways to do things by combining with other plug-ins. For instance, Uncanny Automator is like Zapier, but within WordPress. If this, then that. I bet there’d be a way there that if they click a link, or visit a page, you could trigger tag removal.

I haven’t personally dealt with this yet since I am still using Drip. But, I know they just came out with that Smartlinks thing with FluentCRM, and I’m sure it will get better. FluentCRM is great, but still young on it’s product life cycle.

              OK thanks David.

              Have done what you suggested.
