FluentCRM with Bonjoro vs ActiveCampaign

I have FluentCRM and I would like to jump all in with it rather than ActiveCampaign. My research tells me that FluentCRM combined with AmazonSES can have better deliverability than ActiveCampaign (hope that’s true).

I also want to use Bonjoro with my emails. FluentCRM does not have a direct integration with Bonjoro but can with a webhook connector per FluentCRM’s site. They list Zapier, Integrately, Integromat and Pabbly. For my purpose, is one better than another? I’m familiar with Zapier but I have not used any of them before.

Bonjoro has told me that If FluentCRM is webhook connector capable (which it is) they can connect with them. Any thoughts?

Yeah, I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work. FCRM even now has the ability to send webhooks during an automation, so you could use that to trigger a notification into Bonjoro when you need to record a video.

My understanding with Bonjoro, though, is that when you are sending out vids to people, it is using formatted emails being sent from their service. So, the use case of the integration would be to trigger pending tasks in Bonjoro for you. In which case, the outgoing webhook from FCRM should be all you need.

If my understanding of this is correct, you may not need any in-between service. If Bonjoro gives you direct option for webhooks, that may be all you need. But, otherwise, don’t think it matters which you use (Zapier versus others).
