Well, anything in terms of the actual website (not the image) is just done using Thrive Architect. But, for the image…
I just take screenshots of a few of the pages. I then use an image editor to arrange them in layers to make them look like that. Have you ever used any kind of image editor before?
I’ve seen some people do it in a slide program like Keynote or Powerpoint. Then, when they like the look, just take a screenshot of the image from the slide. It is another way to go. 🙂
