HTTP Strict Transport Security active or not?

Hello
I just read, that it is recommended to set “HTTP Strict Transport Security” to active when using an SSL Certificate. This actually makes sense to me, but I’m a little afraid that it could as well cause some issues.
Did you set “HTTP Strict Transport Security” on your website to active or not?
Does anyone have some experience about this?Thanks, Daniel
