My client has customers who purchase a course from her and when they complete it, they get a coaching call. As far as her customers are concerned, the coaching calls are paid for in the price of the course.
However… the coaching calls are fulfilled not by my client directly, but by 6 coaches who work with her. This means that the coaches need to get paid by my client every month based on the number of coaching calls they provided to her customers in that month.
My client has Calendly links for each of the coaches on a WordPress page to enable her customers to schedule a call with a specific coach. My client’s requirement is to *automate* the payments to coaches every month using Stripe based on the number of calls scheduled in Calendly for each coach.
Do you have any thoughts or ideas on how this might be achieved? Thanks in advance!

This sounds like a job for human automation to me. 🙂 Not everything needs to be automated with software. Sometimes, people just need to have other people do things for them and that’s automation, too. 🙂
I don’t know of an automated way to send outgoing payments via Stripe for something like that. And, as a business owner, I would never want outgoing funds being sent by software anyway.
It wouldn’t be hard to track the number of appointments by each coach, but tying that to Stripe to send out money is a different matter.
