Is OptimizePress press now only offered on a subscription plan?

I was under the impression that OptimizePress’s pricing involved a one-time fee for $97; however, after going on their website, it appears they only offer annual subscription models with the least expensive option being $99 per year. Am I missing something or has Optimize Press changed their pricing model? I liked the idea of a one-time fee so if there are suggestiions for other good one-time fee options then I would love to hear about them.

It looks like they’ve definitely changed it. Makes sense, tho, because it takes real man-hours to improve and maintain stuff like that.
That said, I do think Thrive Themes is a better platform than OptimizePress.
