I am considering using LearnDash to create courses.

I want to create courses with lessons available 1 per day. I want to notify students by email.

I know that LearnDash allows this with the Notifications add-on.

I would like the notification of available lesson to contain the content of the lesson.

But it seems that this is not possible with LearnDash and the Notifications add-on. Can you confirm this?

Do you know how to do this with LearnDash?

Or do you know of an LMS that allows you to do this?

Sorry to be late. No, I’m not aware of an LMS that will email out course content on a schedule. That honestly seems more like the function of an email autoresponder than an LMS. An LMS is web-based and designed for permissions, student tracking, etc. Not sending emails.

If email delivery is the focus for you, why not just use an autoresponder and forgo using an LMS?

Or, use a basic drip feed from a membership plugin or something to time-release content at the same time as the autoresponder sends it. But, in all liklihood, you’re talking about two different systems that happen to parallel, not one. What you have in mind wouldn’t be particularly difficult to do, but likely that Learndash isn’t really the right fit if that’s all you need.
