I have set up autoresponder for my mailing list to request them for customer avatar interview. Out of 77 people only one agreed to do. You strictly told us to do this interview with 3-5 people before crafting an offer.
I can see high engagement of few people on my interview email. Should I send them follow up email again for one to one interview. Is it too much to send now because they are just new subscriber just 2-3 days old. What do you suggest in this situation @David?

Make it more personal. In other words, don’t send out a mass email about it. Copy/paste their email into your own personal email program and send them a personal email.
Also, don’t call it an “interview”. Sounds daunting. Just keep it warm and friendly.

Yeah good idea. Also I didn’t call it interview in the mail, its a scary word. 🙂

Does your autoresponder have a “lead score”? If I was trying to seed connection with core customers, I might look at the list ranked by lead score and even use something personal like Loom to send them a video question, personal and mention their name. Around 1 minute. I’ve done that and while not everyone responds, the personal touch does help build a sense of connection (and that they will know more who they will be talking to). ~Rick

I dont have a lead score but ranking of engagement with each email i send to my list. And yes i will try your suggestion of 1 minute personalized video for their conversation. Thanks for the suggestion.
