        HI @david

I tried to get into the classroom logged into my account but it kept saying I needed to join the Pro membership. Did I miss something? I thought when you 0switched over, there was nothing lifetime members needed to do. Sorry I missed you!

Hi Marylee, you’re not alone… same for me.

Well- I won’t take it personally then! Thanks for replying!

Same here. Oddly I was logged into to the Q+A on one laptop then tried on another at the same time (which I usually do) and on that second laptop (my main machine) I was locked out.

I took some screengrabs and sent them to David – so he’s aware of the issue.

              Presumably (hopefully) a temporary glitch.

I’ve logged in this morning and on my other laptop I still have acccess as usual (useful as I’m working through some courses) but I’m still getting the ‘upgrade’ message on my main machine.

{EDIT} Now have access on main machine too. Phew!

              Confusing!

Thanks Rob for shedding some light. I’m sure it will get ironed out.

So, it should be fixed up now. And to test it, make sure you are logged out. Then, click on one of the Live Classroom links from the emails last week. Log in and make sure it works.

                    Tech explanation for those interested…

If a person’s tags from my CRM (Drip) are not synced on the WordPress side, you can have permissions issues. I have certain core pages in the LAB that are set to trigger that sync operation. One is the dashboard, and most of the time, when people log in, they go to the dashboard.

The live classroom page was not set to trigger a sync. So, if somebody logged in with a profile that wasn’t updated and skipped straight to the live classroom, it wouldn’t recognize them as a PRO member. Not that I expect you guys to know this, but if you had visited the dashboard then went back to the live classroom, it likely would have worked. 🙂

Anyway, live classroom now syncs, so this should be fixed for next time.
