What are the different ways to find clients online for free?
I’m a part of some FB groups where my potential clients might be. I’m trying to provide value. But so far, it feels like I’m wasting my time. Nothing positive happens.
How can you attract customers to you? Without advertising.
What to write, what messages to publish in other groups?

Well, first off, I encourage you not to make it a hard rule for yourself not to use advertising. It is a weird expectation to think you’re going to have clients coming to you easily if you’re not willing to pay to get their attention to begin with.
That said… you cannot just “provide value” in a group and have people want to pay you. So, a couple things come to mind here:
- When you provide value, end it with a call to action. And, not a link. But, ask them to PM you to take action. Whatever you’re posting, keep in mind it takes a bit of copywriting skills to get their interest. But, end it with having them PM you.
- Then, you foster the relationship and potentially lead them to a sale via private message.
That’s the main way you would do this in a social media group setting.

Yes, I’m thinking of FB ads. But still not feel ready. Not fully clear on my customer avatar and my niche.
That’s why trying now in this way. Asking someone to PM you in other FB groups – afraid not to be banned. But there are so many groups. So not a big deal.
