Hi. My name is Nanatchawat Puvorawong. You can call me Nat for short. I live in Thailand. English is my second language. I’ve learned specifically about how biochemicals function in the human body. I think that is the best and natural way to stay healthy by taking the right diets at the right time with proper exercise. I’m not a doctor but an ordinary guy. And I’ll do everything in my power to help as many people as I can to improve their health, or even recover from NCD (Non-Communicable Diseases) like obesity and type II diabetes, for instance. That’s my goal. I believe in the saying, “the best doctor is you.”
