When you schedule a strategy session with me, we’ll get into a private Zoom meeting room and just hammer out whatever is on your mind. Our call will be up to an hour in length. Together we can…

I like simple. And I’m not a pretentious prick who is going to charge you thousands of dollars to talk to me. I’m pretty good at what I do, but… come on.

So, consulting calls can be scheduled using Anytime Credits. One credit equals one call up to 60 minutes. Nice and simple. This flexible setup keeps things simple. Plus, some people like to use it for ongoing coaching, but without any forced schedule or recurring fees. How you want to use your credits is up to you.

A strategy call is typically one hour or less. I’m not an annoying stickler about it, though… and if I don’t have something booked right after you I can sometimes extend it a little bit to make sure I answer all of your questions. But, an hour is typical.

Clients usually book strategy calls when they feel like they’d benefit from a personal conversation to hammer out some confusions. The whole idea is to put our heads together and alleviate constraints and confusions.

For years, I created training courses and wrote articles specific to starting an online business from scratch. Even starting out with the idea of selecting your niche. These days, that isn’t what I spend too much time on anymore. You may want to go through some of my material here on this site first. There’s a lot waiting for you. 👍

That said, I’m happy to talk with you about your idea and your next steps. But, just bear in mind, I’m not going to give you your business direction. I can provide feedback, however, and perhaps help alleviate some confusions for you.

I use Zoom. After you book your call, a Zoom meeting will be automatically created and you will be emailed the details. We will be talking over Zoom, so be sure to have your Zoom client ready to go. Zoom offers call-in numbers if a computer won’t work for you.

Concierge clients can, of course, book a call at any time. Credits are 30% cheaper for clients, too. 😎 And if you already have credits on account, we’ll just use that.

If you’re on a Concierge plan that includes time each month, we can use that time to book a call and no credit will be debited.

If you need to cancel and reschedule, I just ask that you do it with as much notice as possible. Preferably at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled time slot. Keep in mind, I sometimes plan my day around these calls, so sudden changes at the last minute can definitely mess with my day and affect other clients.

I try to be pretty accommodating to unexpected changes. But, in cases where you’re just a “no show”, I will deduct a credit anyway. I will usually wait about 10 minutes in our meeting room at the scheduled time, but if you don’t show up after that I will usually deduct a credit and move on.
