Implementation Sessions

For years, I have offered strategy calls. Those who book strategy calls with me usually do so to discuss strategy, discuss technical setup and tools and get their questions answered.

More recently, I’ve had people ask if they could book a call in order to watch me build something for them in real-time. They wanted to learn how I do it, learn the tools, and also radically speed up implementation of their project.

The first such call was a man who had 3 brochure-style sites that were running Thrive Themes and he wanted them converted to Kadence. But, instead of spinning his wheels figuring out Kadence from scratch, he wanted me to do it and he watched how it happened. So, he bought 3 Anytime Credits and then booked a call with me. And in a marathon call about 2:45 long, I re-built all 3 sites for him using Kadence. Actually, we both accomplished more in that call than we thought. The goal was only 1 site. 😇

Since that call, others have done similar. Another client had one of his smaller sites re-built on Kadence on a two-hour call. Another needed help getting his BeeHiiv account integrated with MailerLite, so I guided him in real-time to build the integration using Zapier.

Now, I’ve decided to just make it official. And I’m calling them Implementation Sessions.

When you book an implementation session, that will be a time where we won’t just talk…. we’ll DO. During that call, my full attention will be given to your site and we’ll directly build what you need. I’ll either screen share my own computer and you can watch me do it… or you screen share and I’ll guide you through it.

You schedule it. We both show up. And we just get it done.

Simple as that.

To book an Implementation Session, you will use Anytime Credits. Drop credits on your account and you can book your session. A credit is good for an hour of time. Any unused credits remain on your account for the future. Easy peasy.

The default call length is one hour, however depending on what you need done and my availability that day, I can modify our booking for a longer call. For instance, the client mentioned above booked his call to get onto my calendar, but I alotted the full 3 hours to it. We got it done in 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Not everything can be done in one sitting, either. Sometimes we may book multiple sessions.

You can alway shoot me a message and ask. Keep in mind, I don’t always know how long something will take until we do it. Some things are simpler than others.

Basically, anything that I often do for my clients. That can include anything from building a site using Kadence, building marketing automations in FluentCRM, setting up products in WooCommerce, etc.

Basically, if I’m capable of doing it, it is fair game. Also, an Implementation Session is best for fairly finite and predictable jobs. If it is a longer job where there are still unknowns to it and it is a much larger project, it is probably not best for a call.

First, you don’t need to be a Concierge client to book an Implementation Session. Although, credits are cheaper for clients. And if you’re on a Concierge plan that already includes time each month, you can use that time for an Implementation Session.

But, even if you have ongoing projects with me, booking an Implementation Session might still make sense. After all, it is a way to schedule progress. And during that time, we will make forward movement.

Typically, I am balancing out resources among a lot of clients at once. So, if you want to make things predictable, one way to do that is to book an Implementation Session. Then you know that, for that time slot, you have my undivided attention. 😎

Absolutely not. But, credits are 30% cheaper if you’re a client. Plus, my ongoing clients have the advantage that I already know their sites and how they’re put together. That can definitely save time.

Probably, but it depends on my availability and what else I have going on. My suggestion would be to put the credits on your account and then contact me about your intention. I can look at my availability and we’ll put something together.

So, my specialty here is the technical aspect of your business and website. I work with and build membership sites and the “plumbing” that goes with it. I work with WordPress sites only.

I will not do SEO for you. I will not put together ads. I don’t write content or copy. I don’t do graphics design.
