Every site that comes into Concierge Cloud gets audited and placed onto the server environment that best fits it — because a dynamic membership site has fundamentally different hosting requirements than a content blog, not just in hardware but in server configuration. From there, I tune the settings specifically for that site. Nothing here is set-and-forget.

Servers
We use multiple servers provided by the Hetzner cloud infrastructure. I ensure they are over-powered for the amount of sites on them — and precisely set up for maximum performance.
Server Tuning
Each server is optimized for particular types of sites. Nginx or OpenLitespeed, depending on the server. Optimized settings for PHP, database types, caching and memory management.
Staging Sites
Absolutely, if you need a staging site, you got it. Play around all you want without any risk of harm to your production site. And, even if you need targeted sync back to production, I can take care of it for you.
Caching
I manage tailored caching setups based on the type of site. Nginx caching, Litespeed Cache, and Cloudflare EDGE caching — along with specific local caching options like FlyingPress when needed.
Email Delivery
Most web hosts either handle email delivery poorly — or not at all. I use Postmark for high-end email deliverability for all clients, automatically. Emails sent by your WordPress site actually make it to the inbox.
Data Centers
US clients are usually in the Hetzner data center in “data center alley” in Ashburn, VA. EU clients use servers based in Germany. I always try to host clients as close to their physical location as possible.
Backups
Backups are fully taken care of using the 3-2-1 backup strategy. We use BlogVault as the base layer, combined with nightly backups to Cloudflare R2, mirroring to a local NAS at our Florida home base — and mirrored to Synology C2. On top of that, I run server-level backups with Hetzner. Backups are the LAST thing you need to worry about.
Restores
If you need to restore from a backup, I manage it for you — full or partial. I can even restore to a temporary staging site so you can browse old versions of your site without overwriting your main site.
Domains & DNS
Buy your domain with any registrar you want — I will fully handle everything else using Cloudflare. No fussing with DNS settings or any of the nerdy stuff. I’ll take care of it.
AI-Enhanced Management
Most hosts — even the good ones — rely on support teams working from standard troubleshooting scripts. I use AI tooling integrated directly into how I manage your site, which means faster diagnosis, more precise server tuning, and the ability to identify and resolve issues at a speed no conventional support team can match.
Protection
Your site is protected by multiple firewalls — including custom Cloudflare security rules that greatly reduce bot and spambot traffic. I run constant malware scanning for both site infection and vulnerable plugins. When something comes up, I handle it before you even know about it.
Updates
WordPress sites need routine updates of core, themes, and plugins. It’s a fundamental part of website management — and most web hosts won’t do it for you. I will.
Image Optimization
Most web hosts — even the good ones — leave this up to you. I consider it mission-critical for site performance, so I handle it for you, powered by ShortPixel.
Ownership
Digital sovereignty is one of my guiding principles. While I manage your site, I am intentional about always making sure you have an exit ramp. Your site profile lets you know where everything is managed. You can move away from Concierge at any time — with or without my involvement. Your site is yours.
