Introducing Concierge Pro — Built for the In-Between

July 13, 2026 New!

Something I noticed a few months ago started bugging me…

With my Concierge plan lineup, there was a big jump between the Core plan and the Platinum plan. The Core plan is $99/month and the Platinum plan is $299/month. Because of that big jump, most stay on the Core plan. The Core plan is awesome, but…

Depending on what your site needs while on Core, additional charges could apply. Core clients need to maintain a balance of Anytime Credits for most hands-on work on their website.

So I decided to bring back an “in between” plan. I say “bring back” because this plan existed before (it was called the Growth plan) and I still have 4 clients on this very plan. It is now back under a new name.

Introducing Concierge Pro

Pro includes everything in Core, plus two things that directly address what I kept seeing.

  • One hour of dev time, included every month. Rather than pulling credits for every small thing that comes up — a quick tweak, a config change, something that needs ten minutes of attention — Pro includes a full hour of hands-on dev time built into the plan. For most clients, that covers the odds and ends that pop up in a normal month without any credit math involved. Makes expenses clear and predictable.
  • 20,000 outgoing emails per month via Postmark. Postmark is simply the best service out there right now for high-deliverability email. And it is what I use for all clients who are sending emails from their websites. Postmark is awesome, but not cheap. On the Pro plan, you will be able to send up to 20,000 emails per month before we start talking about add-ons.

Every Concierge Cloud client goes through Postmark — a dedicated email delivery service built specifically for high deliverability. Whether it’s a WooCommerce order confirmation, a FluentCRM broadcast to your list, or a membership platform notification, it goes through Postmark’s infrastructure instead of a generic shared server. That means it actually lands in the inbox. For clients who send regular emails to their subscribers through their WordPress site, that’s not a small thing.

Is Pro the right fit?

Pro makes sense if you’re on Core and you have occasional small dev tasks that come up during the month, or if you’re sending marketing or transactional emails and are bumping up against the 10,000/month ceiling. The goal is predictable billing without having to track credits for routine work. We can even apply that time to quick little 1-on-1 calls when needed.

If your list is on the larger side — tens of thousands of contacts with regular sends — Platinum includes 100,000 outgoing emails per month, plus 3 full hours of hands-on time. Pro is designed for the in-between: more than Core handles comfortably, without everything Platinum brings.
