I get to know your site fairly well. I also host most of my clients. This means I have deep knowledge and access to your site – and specialized tools at my disposal to work quickly. Need something built, changed or fixed? Even something custom-built just for your site? I can almost always do it faster.

Development time is billed via Anytime Credits – a much more flexible and cost-effective approach than typical hourly billing. Put the credits on account…. and use them toward development time or even personal consultations. It’s your call. Credits are there when you need them – and do not expire until used.

Nope. Everything is month-to-month – and site migration to Concierge Cloud from your current host is included. You can cancel at any time. And if it isn’t working out in the first 30 days, I’ll move your site back wherever you want it and refund it.

If anything goes wrong with the hosting or a plugin update, I handle it as part of your plan. When it comes to work unique to your site, that’s when we get into development time. This includes new features, marketing automations, custom coding, content updates, design changes, etc. For membership sites, it also includes that random need for deep research on what happened (i.e. “why didn’t Jane get her password email?”). Development time is handled using Anytime Credits.

Pro and Signature clients get time included every month. No need for credits. Hours do not carry over. Any hours needed beyond your included allocation can be purchased at your discounted rate.

Most web hosts either don’t offer outgoing email service… or they just do it server-level and your deliverability will suffer immensely. But, membership sites and ecommerce stores need to ensure emails are delivered. Password resets, notifications, welcome emails, lead magnets…. even your marketing emails. Plus, when you use FluentCRM (my preferred tool for email marketing), it is critical you have email service with the highest degree of deliverability.

I partner with Postmark for outgoing email. They are the best in the business, but definitely not cheap. Depending on your Concierge plan, you have a certain amount of outgoing email covered per 30-day period. If you go past that, overage charges apply at $15 per 10,000 emails. You can always use your own provider and I will help ensure it is all connected properly, but Postmark is best-in-class when it comes to actually reaching the inboxes of your subscribers.

Not officially, no. But, if that’s something that is absolutely required for your bookkeeping, reach out and let me know what you need.

I do not require that you host on Concierge Cloud. Most clients choose to do so, but if you would prefer to stay with your existing host, I can usually accommodate. Keep in mind, site performance on Concierge Cloud is almost ALWAYS better. I tailor the infrastructure to my clients – and that’s not something you get on larger web hosts. Not only that, by hosting on Concierge Cloud, I have certain tools at my disposal that allow me to debug and customize your site WAY faster than normal.

Plans are not discounted if you choose not to use the benefits of Concierge Cloud.

Not at this time, no. You will find that Concierge is already very competitively priced, given the toolset and capabilities provided. Plus, from my perspective, a website is a website.

Yup. You can change your plan at anytime by just asking me – and I will simply change your existing plan. No need to cancel and re-sign. As long as you ask me at least a day or so before your scheduled renewal, I can just upgrade or downgrade your plan easily.

In the event you decide to cancel, it’s pretty easy. If I am hosting your site, I will help migrate it to another host of your choice. If you are using any of our agency licensed plugins, I will deactivate the licenses so you will be responsible for support and updates moving forward. I will never break your site by removing anything. And lastly, I will stop maintaining your site for you and discontinue core services. But, the site is always your’s to control… and if you ever cancel I will help you move your site anywhere you would like to take it.
