Introducing: News & Updates

July 10, 2026 New!

I’ve been running Concierge for a few years now, and one thing I’ve realized is that a lot of what I’m doing behind the scenes… you probably don’t know about it.

New tools get added to the Concierge Toolkit. Servers get upgraded. I bring a new service online, or quietly improve how something works. I might spend a week researching and testing a new plugin before adding it to the toolkit for all clients — and unless you happen to ask, you’d have no idea that happened. It just shows up one day. Maybe with a little notice in the newsletter.

That’s not how I want to run things.

Part of what makes Concierge different is that you’re working directly with me — not a faceless support team, not a ticket queue. So it makes sense that you’d actually know what I’m up to. What’s changing, what’s being added, what I’m working on. That kind of transparency is something most service providers don’t bother with. I think it matters.

So this is my version of a SaaS company’s release notes page. When something meaningful changes — new additions to the toolkit, infrastructure upgrades, new services, anything Concierge-related — I’ll document it here. I’ll also use this space for broader BMA announcements when there’s something worth sharing.

It’ll be a “behind the scenes” kind of thing.

It won’t be long-form like my usual blog posts. No deep dives, no 2,000-word tutorials. Just a clean, honest record of what’s new and what’s changed, written in plain English.

If you’re a Concierge client, this section is especially for you. If you’re considering Concierge and want a feel for how I operate and what’s being built out over time… honestly, this is a pretty good window into that.

First real update is coming shortly.
