Hosting which surpasses even the most expensive “managed” WordPress hosting by big-name hosts. Specifically configured to Concierge clients – and ONLY Concierge clients. This isn’t typical shared hosting.
All sites are monitored 24/7 by my automated systems. But, I am also proactively monitoring site and server performance – often making tweaks to optimize things without you even knowing. I want top-level performance just as much as you do.
Your site gets a safety net. Daily malware and security scans and immediate fix if any is detected. You’ll also get a tuned web application firewall… serving as a shield between your server and hackers/bots.
Backups are fully taken care of for you – with multiple layers of redundancy. We use BlogVault as our first layer, then multiple layers of backups beneath that – stored in multiple locations.
Most web hosts either handle email delivery poorly… or not at all. This means emails sent by your WordPress site may – or may not – actually make it to the inbox. I use Postmark for high-end email deliverability for all clients – automatically.

Google Analytics isn’t really free. They “spy” on your site’s data for their own purposes. As a client, you’ll be able to use Fathom Analytics (normally $14/mo). Includes a traffic dashboard within WordPress and weekly email reports. Fully GDPR compliant and privacy friendly.
Legal Documents
Get your site’s privacy policy, terms of service and other legal documents created dynamically based on your needs. Legally compliant. Powered by Termageddon. Included with Platinum, available as an add-on for Core.
Private Collaboration Area
Escape the clutter of our inbox with a private collaboration area powered by Basecamp. We’ll keep things organized via messages, tasks, file storage and a private chat. All fully private. Can also invite team members if needed.

You’ll select which Concierge plan best fits your goals, your site and your budget. If you’re unsure, you can book a Roadmap Call and we can talk about it first.
Onboarding
You will fill out a quick onboarding form to answer some questions about your site. If you want to use Concierge Cloud hosting, I will migrate your site for you and get everything fully setup and tweaked. I will also ensure your site is fully backed up, set up for ongoing maintenance, firewall in place – everything.
Full Site Audit
Once your site is in Concierge, my first action will be to do a full run-through of your site and evaluate it’s performance, plugins and identify opportunities for improvement. This is included for all new clients, regardless of plan. We can then decide what actions to take moving forward.
Ongoing Partnership
You focus on your business while I handle hosting, updates, backups, security, monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting, and support. When you need help, I’m right here.
