Call Questions
How long will our call be?
Typically one hour or less. I’m not an annoying stickler about it… if I don’t have something booked right after you, I can sometimes extend a bit to make sure all your questions get answered.
What’s a strategy call best used for?
Clients usually book a call when they’d benefit from a personal conversation to hammer out some confusion. The whole idea is to put our heads together and clear the constraints. Could be business direction, tech decisions, marketing strategy, or just getting unstuck.
What’s the cancellation / reschedule policy?
Just give me as much notice as possible… preferably at least 24 hours. I plan my day around these calls, so last-minute changes can affect other clients. I try to be accommodating, but no-shows will still have a credit deducted.
