I’ve talked to too many people who’ve had bad experiences with service providers who misled them. Charged them a bunch of money and built a site that was too difficult to manage. Worse, some agencies build things in a way where you become completely reliant on them. You end up feeling stuck.

That’s the opposite of how I operate.

I believe in digital sovereignty. I want you to feel empowered with your own website. I want you to be in control at all times. I’m here to help, but I have no interest in you becoming reliant on me for every little thing.

You have my word: I will always advise you in your best interest. I will never try to take advantage of you. I will treat your site just like I would if it were mine.

How To Get Started

Tech services are handled through Anytime Credits. Small jobs might take a single credit. Bigger projects use more — but you’re always in control of the pace and scope.

Here’s how it goes:

  1. Buy credits and let me know what you’d like help with. (Already a Concierge client? Even easier — just ask.)
  2. We’ll scope it out — I’ll ask a few questions so I understand what you’re after. If it helps, we can use a credit for a call to talk it through.
  3. I’ll set up a Basecamp project so we have a clean place to communicate while the work gets done.
  4. I get to work — you’ll be kept in the loop the whole time. Credits are deducted as work is completed.
  5. Delivery — when it’s done, I’ll walk you through what was built and make sure you’re set. We’ll work back and forth until it matches what you need.
