Strategy Calls are great for talking things through. But sometimes you don’t need to talk — you need to build.

It started when a client needed three sites converted from Thrive Themes to Kadence. Instead of handing it off and waiting, he wanted to watch it happen — learn the tools and get it done fast. So he booked a call, I shared my screen, and in about 2 hours and 45 minutes all three sites were rebuilt. We both accomplished more than we expected.

Since then, others have done the same — site rebuilds, BeeHiiv-to-MailerLite integrations, WooCommerce setups, you name it. So I made it official.

Implementation Sessions are scheduled calls where we don’t just talk — we do. During that time, my full attention is on your site. I’ll either screen share and you watch me build it, or you share your screen and I’ll guide you through it step by step.

The default is one hour, but depending on what you need and my availability, I can extend it. The client with the 3 site rebuilds? I allotted 3 hours and we wrapped in 2:45. Not everything gets done in one sitting either — sometimes we’ll book multiple sessions.

Anything I typically do for clients — site builds with Kadence, marketing automations in FluentCRM, WooCommerce setup, membership site configuration, system integrations, and more. If I’m capable of doing it, it’s fair game. Implementation Sessions work best for fairly finite, predictable jobs. Larger projects with a lot of unknowns are usually better handled through ongoing tech services.
